Orders received before 4:00PM (CST) Mon – Fri, will begin processing the same day. All orders received after 4:00PM (CST) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day. Email confirmation will be sent with tracking information, once your product ships.

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Items purchased from our Website can be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 21 days of the original sale date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with no damage and all tags must be in place. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wraps. Any return initiated after 21 days from sale date will not be accepted.

Exchange only on FINAL SALE items, we do not offer refunds.

To return your item, go to your order in our online store and initiate a return. We will generate a return label and send it to you my email. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form included in your package. Please be sure to include your original order number and reason code. Failure to include your order number and reason code may delay the return process, or the return being rejected. Once the paper work is completed, put the item in a box or waterproof envelope. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package, and drop it for shipping.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund and notify you by email. Depending on your credit card company, refunds can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.
