Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the original sale date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with no damage, and all tags must be in place. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any plastic wraps. Any return initiated after 30 days from sale date will not be accepted.
Exchange only on FINAL SALE items, we do not offer refunds.
To return your item, go to your order in our online store and initiate a return. We will generate a return label and send it to you by email. Or you can fill out the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Please be sure to include your original order number and reason code in the form. Failure to include your order number and reason code may delay the return process, or the return being rejected. Once the paper work is completed, put the item in a box or waterproof envelope. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package, and drop it for shipping.

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: customerservice@etrnoriginal.com. We will process the free exchange.
- WRONG PRODUCT:
If you discover your order is incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@etrnoriginal.com with picture evidence of the wrong product.
- ORDER CANCELLATION:
We usually ship orders immediately, if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately customerservice@etrnoriginal.com. We do not guarantee that you can return a product once order is received. See applicable sections for return policy.
** Refunds will be issued after returned product is received, inspected, and determined to meet return policy. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment - varies from bank to bank.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund and notify you by email. Depending on your credit card company, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days.
